  • Represented ranchers in litigation achieving settlements alleging personal injury and property damages from escaped livestock. 

  • Represented dairy in wage and hour enforcement hearings, achieving reduced findings.

  • Defended propane distributor in case filed by farm worker alleging faulty maintenance and delivery practices by distributor.  Medical expenses in excess of $400,000.  Case settled for $12,500.  Authority had been granted to $100,000. 

  • Represented manufacturer of large tomato harvester, owned by custom harvester.  Alleged design defect, actual lack of guarding.  Severe injuries to 22 year old female with orthopaedic and cosmetic injuries.  Settled for $400,000. 

  • Tractor tire exploded while farm employee was putting air into it.  Injured employee claimed tire was defective and leasor of tractor was negligent in its maintenance.  $20,000 settlement reached on behalf of leasor farm equipment company.
